Digital products

In accordance with the laws of the United States and the European Union, a digital product is non-returnable once the order is confirmed and the product download links sent.

A digital product is not an item that can be returned.

Please contact us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Since few years the software developers started to block the support of older file versions.

We will re-save the files on your demand, if you’ll find that the file version is not supported anymore by your new software.

We will re-save the files as long it will be possible.

But if re-saving in later version will be not possible, this will not be a reason for a refund.
